These Terms of Use apply to your use of any websites, mobile apps, and services owned or operated by Heka Santé Inc. (C/O Paperminds Technologies), including but not limited to the Paperminds websites, mobile applications, and all related digital platforms (collectively referred to as "Heka Platforms").

1. Access to the Platform

We hereby grant you permission to access and use the Heka Platforms solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and only as permitted by these Terms of Use for the main purpose of accessing our services ("Services").

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend your access to the Platforms or terminate your account if your use breaches any of these Terms of Use. Additionally, we may withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the app, the platform, or the services for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen or irresistible external causes.

Technical Interruptions

In the case of technical or security threats affecting the Platforms or the app, we may need to suspend services to ensure they remain secure and operational. While we will notify you of such disruptions as soon as possible, we are not liable for any interruptions. Nevertheless, we will take reasonable steps to minimize any disruption.

2. Links to Third-Party Sites and Third-Party Information

Certain links on the Platform may direct you away from the Heka Platforms to third-party websites. These third-party websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content of any linked websites or links contained therein.

Third-Party Use

The inclusion of third-party links is for your convenience and does not imply endorsement by Heka Santé. If you choose to access any third-party websites, you do so at your own risk, and we disclaim all responsibility for damages or losses that may result from reliance on such websites.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of the Heka Platforms, including but not limited to all information, data (excluding user data), products, materials, services, software applications, tools, text, images, photographs, audio, video, and graphic content (collectively referred to as "Content") are the property of Heka Santé Inc. (a/s de les technologies Paperminds) or are used with permission.

Use of Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the use of any Content, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to Heka Santé is prohibited without our prior written consent. You are not allowed to transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Content or Platform.

No information in these Terms of Use grants you any rights or licenses to use any intellectual property owned by Heka Santé or third parties.

Linking Policy

You may not create a link to the Heka Platforms without our prior permission. If permission is granted, it will be a limited, non-exclusive right to create a link to the entry page of the Platform, provided it does not portray us or our services in a false or negative manner.

4. Privacy and Security

Heka Santé collects and processes your personal data in compliance with Quebec's Bill 25 (Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions Regarding the Protection of Personal Information), as well as other applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA). 5. Limitation of Liability

Heka Santé Inc. provides its services "as is" and will not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platforms. The maximum liability of Heka Santé will be limited to the fees paid for using our services, if applicable.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of Quebec, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.
